🚫 No Refund Policy

Please note that all payments made to AdGurilla are final and non-refundable. This applies to, but is not limited to:

Media space bookings (e.g., lift branding, standees, shop placements)
Campaign Execution Services
Digital promotions or bundled packages
Platform or agency fees

Why We Follow a No Refund Policy

Inventory is Reserved in Advance: Once a campaign is booked, the media space is blocked and coordinated with third-party vendors, incurring costs immediately.

Custom Execution Work Begins Instantly: Creative approvals, printing, logistics, and on-ground coordination are set into motion right after confirmation.

Limited-Time Availability: Most offline media formats are time-sensitive, and a change or cancellation affects multiple stakeholders in the process.

🔄 Modification or Rescheduling Policy

While we do not offer refunds, we understand that plans may need adjustments. We may, at our discretion, offer: Campaign rescheduling within a valid period (subject to media availability) Credit adjustment toward future campaigns (in exceptional cases)
